Re: JOHN DON BOOTON SUB. NO. 529

Re Seattle letter to Portland, dated 6/12/73.

Portland files contain no reference to BOOTON in addition to that information already known to Seattle in con- nection with 1971 ITSP investigation.

Records of Oregon Motor Vehicle Registration and Drivers' License Registration show only that BOOTON currently holds Oregon Driver's license No. 87128. All information missing from file except birthdate, 12/22/32, and address, 7319 N. Interstate, Portland, Oregon.

Inquiry at above address, the Northbury Motel and Apartments, on 7/16/73 disclosed BOOTON not known there as current or past resident. Manager [REDACTED] had no record or recollection of BOOTON.

Portland Metro Credit records on 7/18/73 disclosed 1961 file on BOOTON and [REDACTED] showing address as [REDACTED] Portland. Employment then shown as Joe Fisher Auto, not verified. The file showed several collection accounts from various utilities. Only one inquiry received, in 1967, no additional information.

Portland Police Department files on 7/13/73 disclosed one entry for BOOTON, a traffic arrest,10/21/66, for driving without operator's license after involvement in an accident. At that time, BOOTON listed his address as 2319 N. Interstate, Portland.

Records Multnomah County Sheriff's Office on 7/15/73 disclosed warrant card listing warrant for JOHN D. BOOTON issued in District Court, 1/4/67, on charge of Violation Basic Rule, [guess: sub] 529
