Re Portland airtel to Salt Lake City, 3/2/76.
Enclosed for the Seattle Division is one photograph of RICHARD FREDERICK HESLIN, DOB 10/23/21, POB Seattle, Washington, 5'10½", 180, Husky build, dark brown hair - balding, brown eyes, wears hornrim glasses, complexion medium, dresses neat, voice soft and low. HESLIN is left handed and has mole over right eye.
Reference is made to Seattle file 165-198 entitled, "RICHARD FREDERICK HESLIN, ITWI; IGB."
For the information of Portland and Seattle Divisions, observation of photograph of HESLIN and composite photograph of Unsub in captioned matter does not indicate any similarity.
In view of the enclosed information, and investigation conducted by Seattle Division concerning suspect RICHARD F. HESLIN, it is being left to the OO to eliminate RICHARD HESLIN.
