RE: RICHARD FREDERICK HESLIN SUB 539

Re Supervisor J. ROBERT SUTTHOFF's memo to Seattle File 164-81, dated 11/29/72.

On January 23, 1973, Seattle File 164-198 was reviewed by the writer. The following description of HESLIN was obtained during that review:

Name: RICHARD FREDERICK HESLIN Sex: Male Race: White Nationality: American DOB: October 23, 1921 POB: Seattle, Washington Height: 5'10½" Weight: 180 lbs. Build: Husky Hair: Dark brown - balding Eyes: Brown, wears glasses Complexion: Medium Characteristics: Left hand has a distinctly visible mole over right eye.

HESLIN's photograph dated 1963 shows a man who is almost completely bald on the top of his head.

In view of the above, HESLIN is no longer being considered a suspect in this matter.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
