SANGIOVANNI originally considered as a suspect because of similar facial appearance to the artist's composite of UNSUB.
He is described as:
Name LAZZARO SANGIOVANNI Sex Male Race Caucasian DOB 8/4/28 POB Brooklyn, New York Height 5'8" Weight 150 lbs. Build Medium Eyes Brown Hair Black Address 90-34 221st Place, Queens, New York Occupation Self-employed Plumber.
No further investigation is being undertaken concerning SANGIOVANNI at this time because of the height and weight difference between him and UNSUB and in addition no Brooklyn accent was noted by NORJAK witnesses.
