Records of the Reno and Sparks Police Departments and Washoe County Sheriff's Office, Reno, are negative concerning [REDACTED] and SCHNEIDER.
Investigation has revealed that GENE MICHAEL (MIKE) BLAND, address 832 Oxford Avenue, Sparks, who is reportedly a student at the University of Nevada, Reno, Nevada, is out of town. It is noted that this is the between semesters at the University of Nevada.
