On January 8, 1973, a check of Washington State drivers license Bureau records by a computer in the Seattle Office disclosed that ROBERT E. HELINA currently holds Washington drivers license HELINRE624NY which expires in 1974. HELINA was born August 27, 1938, and has blue eyes, weighs 160 pounds and is 6'1" tall. Drivers license lists his address as 2526 NE 90th, Seattle, Washington.
