[illegible] at the [illegible] Cafe, 213 1st South. At about 10:15AM this date there were three men sitting in a booth drinking together. Two of them got out of the booth and walked back to the toilet. While two of the men were back in the toilet the other man got out of the booth to see what time it was. At that time the other 2 men came back from the toilet. One of the men and the victim sat down in the booth. The other man walked behind the booth and reached over and choked the victim while the men sitting in the booth with the victim took a wallet out of the victim's pocket. He then handed the billfold to the man that was doing the choking, she started out thru the door and his partner got out of the booth and left with him. The man that was doing the choking came back into the cafe about noon. The victim came in with the officers and pointed man out as one of the men that strong- armed him. The man that did the choking I positively identify as [REDACTED] Bernie Franklin Wilson.
