SA DONALD H. HEAD Sub 557

NORJAK

---

On December 20, 1972, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Paul Revere Life Insurance Company, Peyton Building, advised he had a man in mind who could possibly have or might have the tendency to hijack an aircraft and should be considered a suspect in this matter.

---

His name is BEN F. WILSON, a retired Army officer, who was raised on Vashon Island and was a Congressional Medal of Honor winner in Korea. He was a parachutist in the service and practiced it as a hobby in civilian life and has been married at least three or more times. WILSON formerly was with the Paul Revere Life Insurance Company as general manager in the Seattle Office but left six years ago voluntarily. WILSON is "kooky" in some respects and [REDACTED] stated he has not heard of him in the last three or four years and possibly may have gone to Sacramento, California.

---

He described WILSON as a "loner", a poor money manager and once considered joining the mercenary forces in the Congo in 1964 between marriages. He has a good sense of humor and is competitive and has quite an imagination.

---

He stated WILSON would be about 51 years of age, 5'10½" tall, 180 pounds, and could pull something like the hijacking of the plane at Thanksgiving time from Seattle in 1971.
