Enclosed for Seattle is one copy of re report which outlines the entire background for CHARLES ANDREW TULLER.
This report is being furnished Seattle inasmuch as TULLER was involved in a hijacking and fits the general description of the unsub in the NORJAK case.
Since all logical investigation has been concluded at Alexandria, Alexandria is considering this case RUC.
