AT UKIAH, CALIFORNIA
On October 29, 1973, DONN SAULSBURY, (NA) COP, Ukiah Police Department, Ukiah, California, was recontacted in reference to NORMAN WILLIAMSON. He advised that as a friend and associate of WILLIAMSON, he had made discreet inquiries regarding WILLIAMSON's military background and whereabouts on the eve of Thanksgiving, 1971. SAULSBURY advised that WILLIAMSON was Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Reserve, Treasure Island, California, and had no record or other indication of parachute experience. He added that WILLIAMSON was in the Ukiah, California area on the evening of Thanksgiving, 1971. In view of the above, SAULSBURY advised that it was his opinion that WILLIAMSON bore a resemblance to the unknown Subject and nothing further.
