LAMBERT, JR., and Fulton County Sheriff's Deputies [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was advised of the identities of the arresting officers, as well as the fact that he was being arrested for [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was advised of his rights by SA [REDACTED] He indicated that he understood his rights, but refused to sign the Warning and Waiver Form and stated that he did not wish to say anything until he had retained an attorney.
