On January 30, 1973, [REDACTED] (protect), [REDACTED] Vancouver, Washington, advised she [REDACTED] might possibly be identical with UNSUB in this matter. She related that CLIFFORD E. WHITTEN, formerly of 12308 39th Street East, bears a strong resemblance to the artist's composite of UNSUB.
