On 1/11/74, a check with Washington State Department of Motor Vehicles revealed the following information concern- ing EDGAR WILLIAM TOTTEN:
Name: EDGAR WILLIAM TOTTEN DOB: 1/29/22 Address: 1410 West Raye Street Seattle, Washington Sex: Male Eyes: Brown Weight: 185 lbs. Height: 6'2"
A copy of EDGAR WILLIAM TOTTEN's Drivers License was obtained and it was noted that TOTTEN is required to wear corrective lenses while driving. In addition, TOTTEN's hair is shown to be silver in color and receding, white thin on top.
In view of the physical discrepancies between TOTTEN and UNSUB., no further investigation will be conducted con- cerning TOTTEN at this time.
