Enclosed for Seattle is one photograph of MANUEL PERREIRA, profile and front view, taken by Fall River PD, Number 8281 on 3/17/71.
The Massachusetts State Police Bureau of Identification, as a result of a wanted notice published in the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin, 12/69, caused a review to be made of their photograph files.
As a result of the foregoing, the Mass. State Police has furnished the enclosed photograph of MANUEL PERREIRA with identifying information. They point out that they make no conclusion that this individual is identical with the subject of captioned investigation, but furnish it for investigative assistance.
