On 8/9/73, [REDACTED] Drivers License b6 Bureau, Tallahassee, Fla., advised SC [REDACTED] that one b7C WILLIAM FRANCIS DEEMS, 902 Magellan Dr., Sarasota, Fla., was issued Florida operator's drivers license number D520926161751, on 5/4/70. She advised this license expired in 5/72, and to date has not been renewed. She further advised DEEMS described WM, born 5/1/16, 5'9".
It should be noted that Florida drivers licenses do not contain photographs.
Any leads regarding above information being left to discretion of office of origin.
