During the time that DAVE COOPER was on the Island of Kauai in February, 1973, he spent most of his time at the Plantation House where he also lived. COOPER [REDACTED] are all believed to be in British Columbia and none of them at this time are in Hawaii.

He described DAVE COOPER as a male Caucasian in his 50's, about 5'9", 150 pounds, black hair, graying at the temples, and nice looking.

He viewed an artist's conception of Unknown Subject, also known as D. B. COOPER, and concluded that although there might be some resemblances, the DAVE COOPER from British Columbia appears to be a much older man.

He described DAVE COOPER as a prosperous businessman whose hobby appears to be racing automobiles.

[REDACTED] was unable to suggest anyone in Hawaii who would be well acquainted with DAVE COOPER or who might be able to provide a better description than he, [REDACTED], could provide.
