For information Phoenix, [REDACTED] should be considered as a suspect in captioned case because he sub- sequently resembled the artist's composite of UNSUB in this matter, and he was in the Portland, Oregon, area only one week prior to NORJAK.
For information Seattle, DMV records were checked concerning the registered owner of the Nevada license [REDACTED] on 5/11/73, by SA [REDACTED] at which time it was determined that this license was issued to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Reno, Nevada, rather than [REDACTED] as previously reported, and is issued to a 1971 Volkswagen. [REDACTED] was issued to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Reno, Nevada, with address of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Reno, Nevada.
As of 7/11/72, [REDACTED] had placed a forwarding address for [REDACTED] Phoenix, Arizona, [REDACTED]
