What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

RE: HARRY HAGAN SUB NUMBER 638
A thorough investigation of suspect HAGAN has failed to indicate any evidence that HAGAN is identical with unsub in this matter. HAGAN's California driver's license reveals he is a white male, brown hair, hazel eyes, height 6'2", weight 200 lbs., his date of birth is 9/5/29, his address is 13423 Excelsior Drive, Norwalk, California, 90650. His photograph indicates he does not resemble the artist's composite of unsub in this matter.
In view of the above, no further investigation concerning suspect HAGAN will be undertaken at this time.
