After several unsuccessful attempts, contact was made with [REDACTED] Brecksville Veterans Administration Hospital, on July 3, 1973. [REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] had been [REDACTED] at the hospital up to [REDACTED] and he next returned on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] She further advised that [REDACTED] location not known, around October, 1971.

On July 11, 1973, [REDACTED] b6 [REDACTED] Cleveland, Ohio, advised that [REDACTED] b7C [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] had a the Veteran's Hospital, Brecksville, Ohio, [REDACTED] by [REDACTED] said that [REDACTED] was always [REDACTED]
It was also noted by [REDACTED] smoked excessively, but the brand of cigarette was not known. [REDACTED] indicated no knowledge of the operation of aircrafts.
