[redacted], Inver Grove Heights, Minn., was contacted on 11/27/73 by SA ROBERT L. BONSHIRE, JR., and was displayed photographs. [redacted] provided the following information:

[redacted] advised that the photograph of COOPER did not in any way resemble the unsub.

Re: ARVIDIS KIPERTS

[redacted] advised that KIPERTS' complexion as appearing on the photograph was very similar to that of unsub. She advised that the profile is in no way a resemblance to that of unsub.
