RE: ALAN FAIRFAX COOPER SUB 663

---

Re Minneapolis airtel to Seattle, dated 8/15/73.

COOPER was suggested as a suspect in this matter because he has boasted that he is the COOPER that hijacked an airplane to Oregon and parachuted out with $200,000. COOPER is an explosive expert and helped prepare explosives at Wounded Knee.

---

COOPER is described as:

Race: White 337[illegible] Sex: Male Height: 5'9" Weight: 175 lbs. Hair: Blond, brown Bald in front

---

The writer examined a photograph of COOPER, which revealed him to be almost totally bald and several years younger than UNSUB in this matter. His facial features are not similar to the artist's conception. In view of the dissimilarities between the description of COOPER and UNSUB in this matter, no further investigation will be conducted concerning this suspect.
