SUBJECT: NORJACK OO SEATTLE

[REDACTED b6, b7C], La Center, Washington was located and interviewed and stated he has been interviewed at least twice in the past and further that he granted permission to search [REDACTED] on two separate occasions. He stated he has been a resident of the LaCenter, Washington area for many years and since the D.B. COOPER matter, he has not heard anything which might be of value in the investigation to identify COOPER. He stated his neighbors and friends in the area have talked frequently about the case but no one has located anything which could be connected to COOPER.

From a personal observation of [REDACTED], it is the writers opinion that he does not fit the description of COOPER nor does he resemble the sketch prepared by the Bureau of COOPER.
