A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

SAC, EL PASO (164-52) (RUC) Sub 705 NORJAK CAA - HIJACKING; EXTORTION OO: SE
ReSErep of SA [REDACTED], 5/30/73. b6 b7C Enclosed for the information of Seattle are b7D nine copies of FD-302 setting forth interview conducted with [REDACTED] on 12/27/73. FD-302 is self-explanatory in which [REDACTED] stated he was originally assigned to [REDACTED] during time that NORJAK occurred and has some suspicions that a Staff Sergeant named BRINKLEY might possibly be involved in this matter. To the best of [REDACTED] recollection, BRINKLEY is still assigned at Fort Lewis, Washington, and is possibly the Acting First Sergeant for 1/13 Infantry, 9th Infantry Division, Fort Lewis, Washington.
