The attached is presented at the request of United Air Lines' [REDACTED b6/b7C] [REDACTED]

The writer was a resident of Portland, Oregon, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] when I returned to California, after retireing with forty-five years with a large international food processing company.

Residing in [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the writer and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] now living in Sacramento [REDACTED] in San Jose, California. Now a widower I am here in Carmichael.

Mr. Houdek mentioned in the attached is [REDACTED] [REDACTED] to the writer [REDACTED] the Coopers as the three daughters were to be pitied at times and had to be helped when [REDACTED] Woolwo[guess: rths]hhs store while Mac was chasing around doing his thing.

In May of 1969 Mrs. Woodside and I were in a serious auto accident near Klamath Falls, returning to Portland after seeing [REDACTED] and on our way to Europe. Mrs. Woodside was killed out right and the writer was in the hospital in San Jose for eleven months so lost most all contact with our Portland friends.

I do not recall when the United Air Lines Job was done however, I had plenty of time to read about it at the time and the attached always comes to mind when I read about such things or I go to various airports.

Sincerely yours, [signature] James M. Woodside Sr. JMW/w
