A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

RE: UNSUB; Source ETHYL SNYDER
---
On 2/25/74, ETHYL SNYDER, 812 West First, Aberdeen, Washington, home telephone 532-1612, advised that approximately 2½ years ago, just prior to the NORJAK hijacking, a white male entered her home and stated he had been in a wreck and needed money. SNYDER was extremely afraid of this individual and gave him $50. The individual explained that the auto wreck he was in had put his wife in the hospital and his car in the garage, and he needed money to get both out.
Miss SNYDER described the individual as follows:
Sex: Male Race: Caucasian Height: 6'1" Weight: 180 lbs. Age: Mid-50's Hair: Dark Clothing: Well-dressed
Miss SNYDER stated that she believes if she could view a photograph of UNSUB in this matter, she could determine whether this individual was identical to UNSUB.
