On November 27, 1974, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] California Department of Motor Vehicles, advised that California Driver's License No. H233613 was issued on September 22, 1970, to DOYLE E. FIELDS, 15657 Romar, Mission Hills, California.
FIELDS is described as being born September 21, 1932, brown hair and eyes, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and 165 pounds.
Records indicate this license expired on September 21, 1974, and has not been renewed to date.
