On 5/23/74 [redacted] Longview, Wn. telephone [redacted] advised he was in Eastern Washington over the past weekend [redacted] While there he met an individual he had heard about from [redacted] on previous occasions.
This man is [redacted] who lives [redacted] [redacted] - To get to his home [redacted] [redacted]
[redacted] advised that [redacted] says [redacted] [redacted] and spent the last 10 years in Mexico. About a year or year and one half ago he came [redacted] with no assets. However he has since built the home he lives in worth about [redacted]
[redacted] He has stated all these items are gifts and intimated that he knows [redacted] He is [redacted] [redacted] does not do any work, [redacted] He has had in the recent past. [redacted]
[redacted] advised that he has seen the composite drawing of the NORJAK subject in newspapers and feels [redacted] could be involved in this case. He stated he do[e]s bear a resemblance to the composite.
