On 5/22/74, a surveillance at [redacted b6, b7C] Mountlake Terrace, Washington, revealed two vehicles parked near this residence. These vehicles were Washington License [redacted].
[redacted] was registered to [redacted] Mountlake Terrace, Washington and was a 1966 Pontiac 1974 registration.
[redacted] was registered to [redacted b6, b7C] Mountlake Terrace, Washington, 98043.
On 5/22/74, Washington State DMV furnished des- criptive information for [redacted] as follows:
