RE: [redacted]

A check with the Washington State Department of Motor Vehicles concerning [redacted] revealed the following information:

Name: DOB: Address: [redacted] Cheney, Washington Eyes: Hazel Weight: 145 pounds Height: 5'7"

Went out of state 11/7/73 to the State of Michigan.

A copy of [redacted] Washington State Driver's License was obtained and it is noted that his physical appearance is quite dissimilar from that of the artist's composite of UNSUB. [redacted] ears protrude noticeably and his hairline is receeding so that he appears to be partially bald on top. Due to the fact that [redacted] physical appearance as well as his height (i.e. 5'7") is so dissimilar to the best description of UNSUB, no further investigation will be conducted concerning [redacted] at this time.
