SAC, KANSAS CITY (164-80) 8/4/75

SAC, MILWAUKEE (164-36) (C) Sub 732 NORJACK AIRCRAFT HIGHJACKING

OO: SEATTLE

Re Milwaukee letter to Seattle, 10/31/74; and Kansas City airtel to Milwaukee, 7/25/75.

For information of Kansas City, Milwaukee Division has previously developed DAVID STAUDT as a suspect in captioned matter and on 10/31/74 photographs of STAUDT were forwarded to Seattle to be displayed to logical witnesses. Seattle was requested to thereafter advise Milwaukee if further investigation was required and no request from Seattle was received by Milwaukee, and no further investigation of STAUDT was conducted.

For the information of Kansas City and Seattle, Milwaukee Division is currently attempting to obtain a UFAP warrant for DAVID ARTHUR STAUDT. STAUDT is wanted by the MIPD on charges of armed robbery. Milwaukee is attempting to establish that STAUDT has left the State of Wisconsin.

For information of Seattle, a review of STAUDT's background indicates he has [redacted b6/b7C] (age approximately [redacted]) residing somewhere in Portland, Oregon. Seattle might consider further identifying [redacted] and conducting appropriate background investigation.

In view of the above, Milwaukee Division is conducting no further investigation regarding STAUDT unless requested by Seattle.
