He does not believe that [REDACTED] RICHARD, is identical with D. B. COOPER; however, if the FBI is not convinced, [REDACTED] could be contacted personally at Diamond Lake Resort as he is due to return on approximately April 20, 1976, and will again run the South Store at the resort.
