A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

FBI 164-81, Vault Part 118 p. 58 (DB Cooper-54035), Memo, dated 20 May 1975, serial SE 164-81-6544 (as read from the transcript) — cooper.theunsolved.net/documents/Cooper-Part-118%3A058-058

SAC, SEATTLE (164-81) 5/20/75

SAC, CINCINNATI (164-55)(RUC) [redacted box] b6 b7c

NORJAK

ReCilet to SE, 4/2/75.

On 5/12/75, PAUL FALCO, 225 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio, was contacted and advised that he could not recall ever being associated with a Sergeant [redacted] from Rickenbacher Air Force Base. FALCO further advised that he was not familiar with a DAN or a DON COOPER.

In view of the fact that all leads in the Cincinnati Division appear to be exhausted, Cincinnati is considering this case RUC'd.
