Careful review of the subject's Norjak file as well as review of the subject's military record revealed all logical leads have been conducted. There is no positive information to indicate MC CLELLAN should be considered a suspect in this matter. In addition, his military file does not indicate any parachute train- ing while in the military.
In view of the above, no further investigation will be conducted concerning MC CLELLAN at this time.
