On 2/27/75, [redacted] advised that his records show a KENNETH L. MC CLELLAN was received at McNeil Island from Terminal Island on 6/16/62, to serve three years for Interstate Transportation of Securities. He stated that MC CLELLAN was discharged on mandatory release on 8/31/64. [redacted] advised that any further background information on MC CLELLAN could be obtained through the review of MC CLELLAN's file at the Federal Records Center, Seattle, Washington. He advised that to obtain the records, the following numbers concerning the location of MC CLELLAN's file would be needed:
