JOHN COOPER, SUB #748

ReSEairtel to DN, 3/31/76.

The following investigation was conducted by SA [redacted box]:

---

AT RIVERTON, WYOMING

Attempts were made to contact Mrs. MARY E. (BETTY) CONRAD on 5/6; 5/24 and 6/11/76, all of which met with negative results. Mrs. CONRAD was recontacted on 6/18/76 and stated she has furnished all the information she can concerning her brother JOHN DEAN COOPER regarding this matter on previous interviews. She believes that her brother should be contacted personally in order to eliminate him in this case and she does not intend to submit to any further interviews concerning this matter.

Seattle should note that Mrs. CONRAD has been contacted on more than one occasion with regard to this matter. At first she was cooperative and interested in seeing the suspicion surrounding her brother resolved, however, she has grown more resentful with each additional contact. It is not believed that she is able to furnish any additional pertinent information regarding this matter. To her knowledge, her brother's address is still Box 394, Chetwind, B.C. Canada, VOC LJO.
