The 1972 Eugene metropolitan area telephone directory contains a listing for the Public Resources Council of Oregon at 1756 Willamette Street, Eugene, telephone 342-3322. The 1973 Eugene city directory contains a listing for CLIFF SHIRLEY, Investors and Developers at 1756 Willamette Street, Eugene, showing CLIFF E. SHIRLEY as secretary-treasurer and showing SHERRY S. SHIRLEY as vice-president.

No further information obtained as a result of this inquiry.

On March 5, 1975, a source in a position to know advised that HOWARD EUGENE SHIRLEY and his wife, CARLA, received utility service at 4843 Thunderbird Street, Eugene, Oregon, from May 1, 1972, through August 25, 1973. SHIRLEY listed as a reference JOHN L. SHIRLEY, his father, at 4843 Thunderbird Street, Eugene.
JOHN L. SHIRLEY is now receiving utility service at 175 Green Acres Drive, No. 19, Eugene, and lists his son as HOWARD E. SHIRLEY.
CLIFFORD E. SHIRLEY is receiving utility service at No. 8 Westbrook Way, Eugene, and is a brother of HOWARD EUGENE SHIRLEY.
HOWARD EUGENE SHIRLEY is not currently receiving utility service in the city of Eugene.
