RE: DAVID V. ALLING

---

On 2/14/75, [redacted] Red's Trailer Mart, Inc., 3300 W. 19th, Kennewick, Washington, (783-7338), advised that approximately two years ago, DAVID ALLING, space 9, Sun Meadows Trailer Park, 3500 W. 19th, Kennewick, Washington, purchased a $17,000 double-wide trailer from them in a cash transaction, even though he has no visible means of support. [redacted] stated that ALLING also drives a new Lincoln Continental, which he believes was also purchased for cash.

[redacted] felt that ALLING's physical description somewhat matches that of D.B. COOPER, and that therefore he might be considered as a possible suspect in this matter.

On 2/14/75, the writer observed a Lincoln Continental bearing Washington State License GJA 402, parked at space 9, of the Sun Meadows Trailer Park. The license number was run through the Washington State DMV, and revealed that this is a 1970 Lincoln Continental registered to the Ace Plywood, Inc., 312 Chase Street, Pasco, Washington. The legal owner is listed as the Seattle First National Bank, 714 Main Street, Vancouver, Washington.

On 2/20/75, records of the Tri-City Credit Bureau, Pasco, Washington, indicate that DAVID V. ALLING, is the manager of the Ace Plywood Company, and has been employed by them for the past five years under SSAN 533-10-3322. Records also revealed that ALLING was 58 years old in 1973, and that his wifes first name is ROSEMARY. ALLING has been a resident of Kennewick, Washington, since 1973, and lists his previous address as 3804 E. 18th Street, Vancouver, Washington. His previous employer was listed as WARD COOK, Inc., also of Vancouver, Washington.
