Enclosed for Detroit are six photographs of a man furnished to the Superior Resident Agency, Milwaukee Division, by [redacted], Special Investigation Bureau, Ashland, Wisconsin. [redacted], telephone numbers [redacted] which he stated he obtained from Ken's Studio, Ironwood, Michigan. The owner, KEN, indicated that the man in the photographs resembles COOPER in instant case. He had no further information.
