A review of all available directories concerning Nampa, Idaho, failed to reveal any information or record concerning a Signal Drilling Company.
There is no location in the State of Idaho known as Napi.

Will recontact the appropriate credit bureau to determine if there is a known address for the Signal Drilling Company, which apparently filed a collection notice against FRANKLIN JOHN PAINTER, aka Nick Leuis in early 1970.
