On 9/3/75, [redacted] Credit Bureau of Nampa, Nampa, Idaho, advised NICK LEUIS has been known to their files since 7/73. One previous collection was paid in 8/74. One collection has been outstanding since 7/73 which is a medical claim. Due to regulations she was unable to identify this collection item.
Her records listed LEUIS's previous address as Route #3, Box #35, Battle Ground, Washington.
