Re memorandum of SA MARTIN J. GODFREY dated June 18, 1975, and memorandum of SA ROBERT H. WICK dated July 15, 1975.
A review of MILLER's Washington State driver's license reveals him to be a white male, height 5'9", weight 165 lbs., date of birth 1/26/20, full beard, moustache and receeding hairline. According to source BELUAH DERIFIELD, Yakima, Washington, MILLER is a heavy drinker and as there is no other reason to suspect MILLER of this crime other than he claims to be involved after he has been drinking, no further investigation will be conducted concerning him at this time.
