RE: RICHARD J. McCOY SUB 776

A review of subject's driver's license reveals his photograph is dissimilar to the artist composite of unknown subject in this matter. A check with the Seattle Police Department revealed no criminal record for McCOY, but con- firmed his address as of December, 1971, as being [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Seattle, Washington. His occupa- tion was listed as Certified Public Accountant and his tele- phone number was MA 4-2693. A check with Credit Data North- west, revealed that he worked for the John F. Forbes Company and [REDACTED] and his Social Security Account Number was 472-24-5799.

In view of the complete lack of evidence to indicate unknown subject is at all involved in this matter and in view of the dissimilarity between his likeness and that of the artist composite of unknown subject, no further investigation will be conducted concerning this suspect at this time.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
