The following investigation was conducted by Special Agent DELBERT D. ROBERTS:
On February 24, 1976, [redacted], Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia, advised his files reveal that [redacted] is a [redacted] and attending school part-time. He stated she resides at [redacted] Virginia.
On February 25, 1976, [redacted], Virginia, advised she does not recall ever making any specific comments regarding the identity or location of D. B. COOPER, however, since the appearance of the D. B. COOPER T-shirts there is always conversation regarding COOPER, especially when someone is wearing one of the T-shirts and around jump areas.
[redacted] viewed a composite photograph of D. B. COOPER and stated she does not know of anyone that resembles the photograph. She further stated she has no information regarding any possible location of the individual known as D. B. COOPER nor does she know of anyone that might be identical with him.
[redacted] advised that she frequents the Sports Parachute Center at New River Valley Airport, near Dublin, Virginia, regularly and she knows of no one that has ever attended this area who might be identical with COOPER. She said that any conversation attributed to her regarding COOPER would have been idle talk just to make conversation.
