Address 5907 Northeast Erin Way Vancouver, Washington Date of Birth 8/14/38 Eyes Blue Weight 150 pounds Height 5'11" Caption Must wear corrective lenses on license
In view of the obvious discrepancies between COOPER and UNSUB in this matter, no further investigation concerning him will be conducted at this time.
