On 10/3/75, [redacted], Oregon, furnished the following information to SA [redacted] requesting that her identity be absolutely protected in this matter:
[redacted] has a [redacted], Kansas. During [redacted] told [redacted] that he is certain as to the identity of D. B. COOPER. He identified D. B. COOPER as [redacted] a white male approximately 45 years of age, 5'10" tall, medium build, dark brown hair, who was formerly in the U. S. Air Force as a parachutist and [redacted] that [redacted] has not worked for several years but has plenty of money. He described [redacted] as an accomplished parachutist who is thoroughly familiar with all types of aircraft. He told [redacted] that [redacted] matches the physical description of COOPER and looks very much like the composite of COOPER. He related that [redacted] is originally from the Pacific Northwest. He further stated that [redacted] while with the Air Force and may have [redacted] talked about [redacted] as if he currently resides in [redacted] Kansas, although she is not certain concerning [redacted] current whereabouts.
