Enclosed for the FBI Laboratory is a handwritten letter addressed to "Whom It May Concern" and envelope addressed to the Syracuse, New York, Police Department.
ADMINISTRATIVE:
On 11-25-75 source, who has provided reliable information in the past, advised BEATRICE HOGAN resides by herself at 1246 S. Glencove Road, Syracuse, New York.
On same date a second confidential source advised BEATRICE B. HOGAN, 1246 S. Glencove Road, is employed as office manager, Solvent and Petroleum, Syracuse, New York, since 1967 and lists social security account number 074 07 3493.
For information of Seattle, enclosed letter reads as follows:
"To Whom It [May] Concern,
I hope you are able to grasp these few words of wit. I wish you to believe in me I have never been in your town, But I am sure I have some important information that you and the F.B.I. would love to hear. Early this evening I was reading a local newspaper, while reading I notice one particular article. State that the very famous hijacker of Nov 24-1971 that parachuted into

For information of the FBI Laboratory and Seattle, on 11-22-75 Sergeant (Sgt) [REDACTED] Syracuse, New York, Police Department (SPD), notified Syracuse, New York, RA of receipt of enclosed letter and turned same over to FBI on above date. [REDACTED] advised both letter and envelope handled by several people in the department during normal mail routing. [REDACTED] stated that Syracuse, New York, Police Department arrest records and Alpha file records were negative regarding B. BUGLER HOGAN, 1246 S. Glencove Road.
