On 11-30-71 while the writter was conducting other business at the Kittitas County SO,Ellensburg,Washington, a photo of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was obtained as a possible suspect in this matter. It was learned that [REDACTED] is presently a fugitive from the Kittitas County SO [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] is dexcribed as a WMA, [REDACTED], 6',200lbs,[REDACTED] brown, FBI [REDACTED] and his occupation was listed as [REDACTED]. According to local official [REDACTED] is a [REDACTED] who would be capable of anything, [REDACTED] on one occassion in [REDACTED] [REDACTED] obtained a [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Fur further coincidence is that aboit two months ago [REDACTED] the Kittitas CO SO and [REDACTED] whose name is [REDACTED] the Kittitas County SO.
Attatched is a photo of [REDACTED] which bears a strong resemblance to the composite drawing also attatched is a copy of [REDACTED] rap sheet.
