AT OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON
On 6/14/76, [redacted], DMV, made available two driver's license photos of the suspect in this matter. One was taken on 3/25/76, and the earlier one on 3/34/72. The 1972 driver's license showed KNOTT to be residing at 17260 Lake Desire Drive North, Renton, Washington.
The earlier license was obtained because it would more approximate the suspect at the time of the NORJAK.
