What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re Denver airtel to Houston 10/8/76 and Denver airtel to Seattle dated 9/23/76.
In Denver's airtel to Seattle dated 9/23/76, reference is made to JAMES and [redacted]. In addition, reference is made to JAMES CLARK, DOB 6/29/32. Denver is to advise Seattle of CLARK's relationship to captioned crime and if a typographical error has occurred and the name "CROAK" has been changed to "CLARK", will so advise the Houston Division. In addition, if an error has occurred, Denver will insure that all record checks conducted were thorough and done in the correct name.
ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
