On 7/23/76, VERNA BUCHEIT, Supervisor, Credit Bureau of Hamilton, Ohio, (which handles the Fairfield, Ohio area), advised she could find no information in her files which would be identical to JERRY S. EDWARDS, white male, 46 to 49 years of age.
